Electrical Sub Station, Riverside

This contract commenced in September 2014 to January 2015. The contract was for the Mbombela Council and Halls PLC Developments. The electrical substation was built for the ever expanding Riverside commercial precinct in Nelspruit. This intricate project required precise levelling of the primary floor as the tolerance levels could not differ by more than millimetres. This was necessary to accommodate sensitive electrical switch gear that needed to be installed on the floor. Security on a project of this nature required palisade fencing to be added on top of brick retaining walls. This was completed timeously without any problem.
