Mbombela Soccer Stadium

A basement with 3 upmarket office blocks built on top a unique light weight slab structure. The double storey office blocks all created to the needs of the individual tenant requirements. This is a unique development due to the nature of the lightweight slabs that were installed and big glass shopfronts to allow maximum light throughout the building and an imposing concrete façade wall gracing the front of each building. Basement parking was provided for the tenants with visitors parking to the upper levels.
