Sabi River Sun Hotel Complex

This contract commenced in April 2015 to October 2015. The total size of the contract of the Hotel was 1780m2 This project was completed in accordance with very tight deadlines as the Hotel opened to the Public on the 10th October 2015. Internally there were 62 rooms that needed renovations. Each room was stripped of all its existing fittings. The ceilings, tiles, and sanitary ware fittings and carpets had to be removed and replaced. New tiles to the bathrooms and sanitary ware had to be installed. Flush plastered ceilings gave the rooms a modern fresh look. Aluminium doors and balustrades to the balconies further enhanced the external appearance of the hotel. Externally, wing dividing walls were constructed to give the hotel room’s additional privacy. The air conditioning ducks were upgraded with structural walls and bronze anodised louvers installed to give the hotel a thoroughly modern clean look. The roof was repaired and painted to compliment the external makeover of the hotel. The upgrade enhanced the hotels appearance keeping it in line with world class standards.
