Stay Easy Witbank

This contract commenced in July 2017 to November 2017. This project was a refurbishment of a 107 Bathrooms in the hotel. The project was divided in phase in order to allow continued trade by the hotel. A team of construction staff had to strip and rebuild 10 rooms in 2 weeks until the project reached completion. Stripping of a bathroom comprised of the removal of shower trays, the construction of new shower plinths out of brickwork and then screeded bases, waterproofing, replacing shower arms and roses finishing the reconstruction with fitting new shower outlets. New shower fittings and tiles were installed. We worked to extremely tight deadlines as we could not work before 10.00 am and not after 16:00, due to the Hotel being occupied. This all culminated in giving the rooms a new fresh and modern look and feel. All the rooms were completed timeously and without incident or any delays.
