The Ridge Casino Room Renovations

This contract period was from June 2016 to October 2016. This 4 Star hotel needed to refurbish 40 Hotel Rooms to keep up to the high standards of the rest of the group of Hotels. The Project had to be completed in phases. A dedicated CSS team of workers worked tirelessly to very tight deadlines, they had to complete the demolition and refurbishment of 10 rooms per every 2 weeks in order to keep up with timelines. All bathrooms had to be stripped of existing tiles, aging plumbing had to be rectified and replaced, shower arms and roses were made higher. New shower fittings and tiles installed, and new shower plinths constructed. We worked to extremely tight deadlines as we could not work before 10.00 am and not after 16:00, due to the Hotel being occupied. All the rooms were painted out walls and ceilings. Doors were all replaced with new fittings and Vincard locks (not part of our contract). Passages were refurbished, skirting replaced and dado rails were added to give the hotel a new look and feel. All the rooms were completed timeously and without incident or any delays. Due to the professional way in which we completed the Ridge Hotel, we were asked to refurbish the Stay Easy Hotel in the same precinct.
